“ Nelson Mandela, the man credited with ending apartheid in South Africa, has marked his 90th birthday by calling for the rich to do more for the poor.
“If you are poor, you are not likely to live long”, he said at his village house in Eastern Cape province for a birthday interview. ”

A link to a “Web Site Promotion Software” was added to my links list on the 7th of June.
I checked it out and it's a commercial web site tool. I don't think that links to commercial web sites belong in my list so I deleted it. I don't know who added it so, if you read this post, I apologize but I prefer to link to non-commercial web sites, people that like design and the web as a free communication tool. I have a warning that I deserve the right of deleting out of place links but I will specify that also links to commercial web sites are not welcome, my mistake for not doing it before.

I have been fiddling with XP trying to simplify it. I just want an OS that does what I want not something that sends datas all over the Internet without me knowing. I also had problems sending emails until I found out the Control panel >> Administrative tools and finally managed to disable all that Internet firewall and silent bakground stuff.. I use Tiny Personal Firewall which is free for personal use.

I upgraded changed my OS from Windows 98 SE to Windows XP. Well, I don't like it. All the nice (cartoonish) icons and shadows don't change the fact that the thing is build for the eye and not for efficiency. I`m now seriously thinking about switching to Linux.
